Presidential Inauguration on March 4th? The 20th Amendment Unconstitutional?

It was interesting when the Supreme Court told Pennsylvania to give their answer by 22 January — especially since January 20th is the date of the swearing in of the next president—but their decision becomes more clear when one realizes that the original date of the Presidential Inauguration was March 4th based on the U.S. Constitution in 1789
The Twentieth Amendment changed all that by moving the Inauguration to January 20th, and it is probably unconstitutional. That’s why the SCOTUS is not in a rush.
